Design Approval & Payment
A design mockup will be provided for customer review prior to production.
Customers may request revisions before approving their mockup. Full payment is due upon mockup approval.
Once a mockup has been approved and payment has been received, the order is considered final and production will begin.
No Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled after mockup approval and payment has been received.
No Returns
Due to the custom-made and personalized nature of my hand-painted banners, I do not accept returns.
No Refunds
All sales are final! No refunds will be issued once a mockup has been approved and payment has been received.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at psychedaisydesigns@outlook.com and include photos of the issue.
